Taylor Dorr, LMSW, is a graduate of Columbia University School of Social Work with advanced training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She is committed to working collaboratively with clients as they move toward their goals and build a life worth living. Taylor strives to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel seen and empowered, always honoring that they are the experts on their own lives. She works to balance validation and change in session, helping clients make meaningful and lasting improvements.

Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology from Oregon State University. She has experience working in a variety of settings, including residential treatment centers for adolescents, community centers serving older adults, and private practice with children, adolescents, adults, and neurodivergent clients.
Taylor’s compassionate and genuine approach places a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship, fostering a space where clients feel supported and understood. She is dedicated to working with individuals and families navigating emotional and behavioral dysregulation, anxiety, depression, and interpersonal challenges. Taylor believes that therapy is not one-size-fits-all and tailors each session and treatment plan to the unique needs of every client.
