GRACE CLINE, LMSW
Clinician
Grace Cline is a Licensed Master Social Worker who works with adolescents and adults navigating intense emotions, anxiety, OCD, relationship struggles, and patterns of self-harm or suicidality. She is especially passionate about supporting clients who feel stuck in cycles of overwhelm, avoidance, shame, or disconnection and helping them build lives that feel meaningful, fulfilling, and worth living.
Grace’s work is rooted in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and she has experience providing comprehensive DBT through individual therapy, skills training, multi-family groups, risk assessment, and safety planning. She also integrates Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) into her work with OCD and anxiety, helping clients face fears, reduce compulsions, and move toward greater freedom in their lives.
Her clinical style is shaped by a strong behavioral foundation, beginning with her undergraduate studies in psychology at Lehigh University, where she developed an early interest in behaviorism, learning theory, and the ways environments shape emotional and behavioral patterns. She later earned her Master of Social Work from Columbia University School of Social Work with a concentration in Advanced Clinical Practice.
Grace believes therapy works best when it feels both safe and honest. Her style is warm, collaborative, and genuine, while also encouraging clients to challenge patterns that may no longer be serving them. She values building strong therapeutic relationships and strives to create a space where clients feel deeply understood while also supported to make meaningful change.
When not in the therapy room, Grace can be found with a book in hand, playing with her two dogs or traveling near and far to explore different cultures.
