PAUL HENDLEY, LMHC
Paul Hendley is a licensed mental health counselor with more than eight years of experience in a variety of community mental health settings. He works with adults, adolescents, families and couples struggling with concerns ranging from depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, to borderline personality disorder. His practice is informed by Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) — both evidence-based interventions that help clients make positive changes in behaviors and build coping skills and strategies to live more fully. Paul strongly believes in building rapport with clients to help nurture their own strengths to make change possible.
Paul received his MA in Counseling in 2012 from Maryville University in St. Louis and is licensed in both New York State and Missouri. Prior to becoming a therapist, Paul was a public relations and marketing executive and business consultant. He also holds a Masters degree in German and speaks German fluently.
