Holly Moskow is a licensed master social worker with clinical experience providing care for individuals, families, and groups in both outpatient community mental health settings and adolescent residential treatment. Holly infuses warmth and gentle humor into her collaborative, solutions-orientated approach. Her practice is informed by Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and positive psychology – offering clients new ways of looking at familiar problems and providing a supportive space to foster skills to mindfully navigate life’s challenges. She has also trained in family systems therapy, trauma systems therapy, motivational interviewing, animal assisted therapy, and therapeutic crisis intervention.


Holly earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University. Naturally curious about how people make decisions, she previously worked in consumer marketing and nonprofit management focusing on understanding what motivates people to make consumer choices and act for the betterment of the environment. Holly holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
